2025 Annual La Merienda Celebration – the City of Monterey’s 255th birthday party features music, dance, costume, and a barbecue buffet extravaganza by Old Fisherman’s Grotto Chefs and the VIP Merienda Barbecue Committee who will create a five-star culinary experience.

Non-member tickets $125 on sale April 1 if available.
Monterey History And Art members purchasing individual or multiple tickets must include the names of the attendees on the purchase form to verify membership. If names are not included the purchase will not be processed. Tickets for non-member attendees can be purchased on April 1st if tickets are still available.
